The Suardière gîte is open for rental for a maximum of 8 people.

Location duration
The minimum rental period is 2 days.
The gîte is available all year round, but you should check the dates of your stay as the gîte is offered on several platforms.
The rate of €400 incl. VAT is per night

Type of stays
The cottage is available for a maximum of 8 people for tourist stays. The cottage is perfectly adapted and equipped for children.
Reservations for events such as birthdays, weddings, brunches, etc. with a number of people greater than 8 are not authorized.
For any request of this type the requests will be studied and we reserve the right to refuse reservations.

Welcome
Personalized welcome is available on request, free arrival is also possible.
The rooms are prepared on arrival, as well as sufficient towels and bath mats.
An inventory document will be given on arrival for verification of the rental.

Household
Cleaning is included in all our rentals.
The departure conditions are available on site and remind you of the rules before leaving the premises: bed linen unmade, dishwasher and refrigerator emptied, trash thrown away, etc.
On request, for longer stays, a cleaning service can be requested and will be billed additionally.

Animals
If you are traveling with your animals, this will require a specific request.
We reserve the right to refuse, and/or increase cleaning fees accordingly.
